I'm talking to you J. Lo!

I own a J. Lo down coat. It's a great coat. Sexy and warm. Discrete branding. It's all good, except I know that she didn't design it. Somewhere there is a great designer that didn't get credit. And designing for J. Lo is different than designing for Ecko Red (the maker of my other favorite down coat), since J. Lo is both a brand and an actual person. J. Lo is wonderfully multi-talented, but I don't think she sits in a studio sketching out cordoroy pant suits and jaunty caps. I think someone else does that work.

I would like to see J. Lo (etc. etc. etc.) give credit to these designers. Be a Borgia.
